About me
 |
|
My name is Jo-Anne Munt; I'm aged 42, married, and live in Newport. I took up running and keep fit around 15 years ago and have since gone on to run many races ranging from 5k to half marathons. As well as the obvious benefits of keeping me fit and healthy, I find it both therapeutic and energising. It gives me great self confidence and a feeling of freedom. I really hope that I can share that passion with you and help each one of you achieve your own personal goals. |
After the birth of my second child some 12 years ago, I returned back to my office job, frustrated with the lack of activity and fulfilment I took the plunge and trained full time for a year to be a fitness instructor, I then worked within this role in a small community based gym. Alongside this role I then qualified as a Personal Trainer and Nutrition Specialist, and more recently GP Referrals and Cardiac Rehabilitation. I have been Personal Training for 5 years now, my clients range from age 18 through to 81 - training is entirely focused on their particular goals, medical conditions,
time restraints, likes or dislikes. Please take a look at my testimonials page to see what some of them have to say.
I am qualified to REPs Level 4 (Membership No. R0036176)
